When designing or adjusting your artwork, first check the safe zone for design, where all your elements (text, images, logos, etc.) should be.
Do not clutter your design.
People need to focus on your logo and what you offer. Balance text and imagery to let your message breathe, and avoid adding extras that don’t line up with your branding.
Send the proper file type or artwork in high resolution.
We recommend sending a vector file of your logo (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) for color and design accuracy. High-resolution PNGs or JPGs are also accepted, and we’ll refine them if necessary.
Keep details bigger than the stitch can hold.
Embroidery has a minimum size below which fine lines and small text turn into a blur. Gradients, thin outlines, and text under 6 mm tall generally don’t reproduce well in stitch; our team will tell you before production if anything needs adjusting.

Overall, both are great options for customization, and choosing one over another depends on your budget and vision.
New orders for hat embroidery take 12-14 business days; repeat orders take 8-10 business days. Printed designs take up to 8-10 business days. Rush production is available for selected items.
Note: Production starts once the final artwork is approved. If you need to make any changes, we will work with you to get your design exactly the way you want it.

We offer a 24-piece minimum per embroidered design (same thread color and location). Different styles, colors, and brands can be combined in one order.
For a smooth ordering process, we request:
Setup charges only apply to printing (screen charges, dye charges, etc.). Digitizing fees are charged to convert your artwork or logo into a stitch file.
If you place a reorder (same art and item; quantities can vary), you may not have to pay a setup/digitizing charge again, but it depends on the item you are purchasing.
Note: These are not art charges. These are charged to create the screen, dye, thread, or other necessary items to sew or imprint your logo.
If you are required to pay a ‘’repeat setup’’ charge, it will be less than the original.
Our production experts carefully review your order before delivering. In case this event occurs, please advise your Customer Care Representative at your earliest convenience and share any supporting files (photos, proof of delivery, etc.) to facilitate decision-making. Returns or exchanges are effective within the first 5 days after the customer receives the package. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are charged to the customer’s account.
