Mesh: A lightweight, breathable fabric for sports that uses side panels to promote airflow and reduce heat; commonly found in our trucker hats.
Cotton: The perfect fabric for comfort and safety, due to its hypoallergenic properties that prevent skin irritation and allergies. W/ or w/o air holes styles are available.
We have a 12-piece minimum for embroidery (same thread color and location) and printed designs. However, we encourage you to call if your requirements indicate that you need fewer items, as sometimes we can work a little magic behind the scenes.
Of course, we send a proof of work before anything goes into production, so you can confirm logo placement and the final design for your custom kids hats.
New clients’ embroidery orders take 10-14 business days. Repeated orders from existing clients take 8-10 business days. On the other hand, printed designs take 8-10 business days to produce, and we offer 24-hour printing for certain styles and brands of custom apparel in Houston.
