Mesh: A lightweight, breathable fabric for sports that uses side panels to promote airflow and reduce heat; commonly found in our trucker hats.
Cotton: The perfect fabric for comfort and safety, due to its hypoallergenic properties that prevent skin irritation and allergies. Styles with and without mesh back are available.
We have a 24-piece minimum per design. Different styles, colors, and brands can be combined in one order.
Of course, we send a proof of work before anything goes into production, so you can confirm logo placement and the final design for your custom kids hats.
New clients’ embroidery orders take 10-14 business days. Repeated orders from existing clients take 8-10 business days. On the other hand, printed designs take 8-10 business days to produce, and we offer 24-hour printing for certain styles and brands of custom apparel Houston.
