New embroidery orders take 12-14 business days. Repeat orders from previous clients take 8-10 business days. Screen printing orders take 8-10 business days after artwork approval.
Of course, at Alpha Imprint, you can customize your custom jackets with your business logo and on-brand graphics.
Digitizing fees are charged to convert your artwork or logo into a stitch file. Setup charges only apply to printing (screen charges, dye charges, etc.).
Note: These are not art charges. These are charged to create the screen, dye, thread, or other necessary items to sew or imprint your logo. If you are required to pay a ‘’repeat setup’’ charge, it will be less than the original.
Yes, the more items you add to your order, the better the pricing gets. This applies to orders placed inside and outside Houston.
We have a 24-piece minimum per design. Different styles, colors, and brands can be combined in one order.
Always. If you’ve required our digitizing or design service, every order includes a free digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the garment you chose. And before starting full production, we send a sew-out (artwork stitched on the actual garment) or a virtual proof for approval. If you need to make changes, we will work with you to get your artwork exactly the way you want it.
Nothing goes on the machine until you approve it in writing.
Our production experts always review orders carefully before delivering. In case this event occurs, please advise your Customer Care Representative at your earliest convenience and share any supportive file (photos, proof of delivery, etc.) to facilitate decision-making. Returns or exchanges are effective within the first 5 days after the customer receives the package. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are charged to the customer’s account.
