Materials, Thickness & Print Options

At Alpha Imprint, we use high-quality materials to ensure that the final output is both stylish and durable. For an acrylic logo sign, the acrylic sign thickness is typically 1/8″ or 1/4″, with the thicker option providing a more luxurious feel.

UV printed acrylic signs are printed directly onto plexiglass with a white layer for greater clarity and transparency.

1/4″ plexiglass material, full-color printing with white ink backing, and 1″ chrome standoff hardware create a professional and clean look. Plus, frosted plexiglass signs are also available for a more unique style.

Mounting & Size Customization

At Alpha Imprint, we strive to make installation easy and the end result look professional. Acrylic sign installation is pre-planned, and everything is ready to go.

• Uses 1″ diameter standoff mounts
• 3/8″ pre-drilled holes in all four corners
• Hole spacing: 1.5″ from edges
• Available sizes: 16″x24″, 20″x30″ and 24″x36″
• Custom size acrylic signs are not currently available
