Materials & Print Quality Explained

Coroplast 4mm signs are made of corrugated plastic, a lightweight yet durable material.

Our coroplast printing and corflute printing are full-color with UV ink, making the images vivid, durable, and resistant to sunlight and moisture.

These signs are waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. If needed, thicker cores or No. 2 brass fittings can be used and are easy to install with steel H-bases. 4/0 printing for one side and 4/4 for both sides is also possible.

Sizes & Custom Options

At Alpha Imprint, Coroplast signs are available in standard sizes such as 12×18, 18×24, and 24×36 inches, as well as custom sizes.

Printing can be single-sided or double-sided for maximum impact. Options include holes or brass clips for easy mounting and vertical or horizontal orientation of the grooves to accommodate H-stands.

Maximum sizes are up to 48×96 inches, and double-sided printing is also available.

Display & Installation Options

Coroplast signs can be mounted on the lawn with H-posts or special frames (with vertical grooves). Clips and straps can also be used for wall or fence mounting.
